Arcus-17 AGL is 30mm Automatic Grenade Launcher, intended to engage enemy troops in open terrain or in trenches at distances up 1.700m.

The Launcher is designed for use with 30x29mm VOG-17M (HE), IO-30 (HE), VUS-17 (Smoke) IO-30TP (Pract) Grenades for AGS-17 and AGS-17 and AGS-30 Automatic Launcher ARCUS-17 AGL may be mounted on a tripod or on Infantry Fighting Vehicles (BMP-3) and patrol boats (MANGUST).
